Shipping 

Stencils will be shipped from Hamilton, ON, Canada using Canada Post. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipping costs are based on your location and are calculated at check out. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your stencil, you have 14 days to return from the date you received it. To be eligible to return, the stencil must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You may request a replacement stencil or a refund, minus the cost of shipping. The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase. 

To initiate a return, email [email protected]. Please include your name, stencil purchased, and receipt/invoice number. 

Damaged Product 

If you received your stencil and it appears to have been damaged during shipping, please forward pictures of the damage to [email protected]. If the damage occurred during shipment, a replacement stencil will be sent.
